Heather Poblete, ANP-BC

Heather is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the conventional medical field. She earned her masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has been working in primary care for the last 10+ years. Her curiosity of holistic medicine started in undergraduate nursing school and has continued to grow over the years.

In time, she became frustrated with the limitations of conventional medicine. She has come to recognize that medicine was becoming a simple algorithm of matching symptoms to a diagnosis and prescribing the approved medications. But this method does not achieve true health! She knew there had to be a better way and began to seek deeper knowledge

In order to offer more comprehensive care to her patients, she now has extensive training in functional medicine through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, the Institute of Functional Medicine, and the Kharrazian Institute. She is also a certified aromatherapist through the Institute of Integrative Aromatherapy. She has received her level 2 Reiki training and practices energy work on herself and her family regularly.

Heather has deeply explored many other interests such as fitness, cooking, meditation, and spirituality. She has a unique way of integrating all these things into her practice. By combining evidenced based medical knowledge, cutting edge scientific literature, and integrated holistic modalities she develops treatment plans that provide a path of healing the whole body, mind, and spirit.

Heather’s calling is using her knowledge & intuition to bring you whole, balanced, and personalized healthcare.

     Lindsey Ranzer

PT, DPT, NBC-HWC

Lindsey is a Functional Medicine and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for guiding individuals on their journey to vibrant health and vitality.

Her role as a health coach is to bridge the gap between what clients know they need to do to be healthy and the intrinsic motivation they need to actually make and sustain those changes. As a health coach she supports, educates, motivates and guides the client on the path toward meeting the individualized goals determined by themselves and their Functional Medicine practitioner. This may include recommendations for dietary changes, exercise routines, stress management techniques, sleep hygiene practices, and other lifestyle interventions.

After working in hospitals for over 10 years, Lindsey became frustrated watching her patients suffer from chronic diseased only to be treated with pharmacology and medical devices. Seeing patients being viewed by the poor functioning of their individual body systems and not as a whole person with lifestyle struggles that were contributing to their poor physical and mental health.

Lindsey believes the body, mind and spirit are all integral parts of healing and wellness.  She strongly desires to practice evidence-based healthcare that incorporates all three.

She received her health coach training at the prestigious Functional Medicine Coaching Academy where she acquired in-depth knowledge of functional medicine principles, including personalized nutrition, lifestyle modification, and root-cause analysis

Her approach to health coaching is client-centered, compassionate and holistic.

Lindsey partners with her clients to address the root causes of their health challenges, using evidence-based functional medicine principles to implement personalized wellness plans that support their unique needs and goals. Whether it’s through nutritional guidance, stress and sleep management techniques, or movement plans, Lindsey has dedicated her practice to empowering her clients to take charge of their health and live life to the fullest

Candice Tudor

Candice is our Patient Coordinator and resident go-to girl. She assists patients with appointments, answers non-clinical questions, and ensures your journey with Elemental Wellness is as smooth as possible.

Her health journey began with her three children, and she has been working to improve her family’s health for many years.  She says, 'Since the day I took one of my children to the doctors for a cough and the Doctor prescribed a grocery bag full of medicine to use. In their words, “you can use it all and see how it works for your child”. I knew at that moment, there must be a better way!'  Candice loves the process of continuously learning about living healthier and holistic ways to improve my family’s way of living as well as yours.

In her spare time, Candice is a homeschool mother and supports an incredible farm as part of a co-op.  Along with her family, she enjoys gardening, raising, and feeding animals, grabbing freshly laid eggs from the chickens, milking the goats, and picking their own food from the garden; making a complete breakfast is, in her opinion, the BEST way to start any day!

Vision of Health

Think for a moment of an oak tree. If a leaf on this tree becomes sick and turns brown, it would not do the tree any good simply to treat that one leaf with a spray or salve. This wouldn’t fix anything because we don’t know what caused this leaf to become sick in the first place.

We must take into account the whole tree.

We must expand our view to include all of the leaves, the branches, the trunk, and roots. We must look at the quality of the soil, the amount of light and water it receives each day. We must also look at the air surrounding the tree and the health of the other trees in the forest.

In this way, it is the same for the human body.

Conditions like diabetes, thyroiditis, anxiety, and IBS are like the sick leaf. They are symptoms of underlying problems that must be addressed in order to have a healthy tree and leaf. We must look at the whole person to discover and address the true root cause. Then the body heals and thrives.
